Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms govern the sale of digital products offered on the website nz-training.com. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Products

The website sells digital products: training programs, nutrition guides and access to online course areas. The products are educational content; they do not constitute medical advice.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, all taxes included where applicable. VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code). We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.

4. Order and payment

Payment is made online by card through our provider Stripe, in a secure environment. Card details are never stored by the seller. The order is confirmed once payment is validated.

5. Delivery

As the products are digital, access is provided immediately after payment, by email and/or through the online course area. No physical product is shipped.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital content supplied immediately, by validating the order the customer expressly agrees to immediate performance and waives the 14-day right of withdrawal once access to the content begins. This waiver is collected via a checkbox at checkout.

7. 30-day money-back guarantee

Regardless of the above, the seller offers a commercial guarantee: if within 30 days of purchase the customer is not satisfied, they receive a 100% refund on simple request by email, with no justification required, and keep access to the resources. Requests to: contact@nz-training.com.

8. Liability

The programs are general sports and nutrition guidance. They do not replace medical advice. It is recommended to consult a physician before starting any training or nutrition program. The seller cannot be held liable for any improper use of the content.

9. Intellectual property

All content (text, videos, PDFs, visuals, and the « NZ Training » brand) is protected. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, sharing or resale is prohibited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediation service free of charge; the mediator's details are available on request at contact@nz-training.com.

Privacy Policy

Data collected

• Identity and contact: first name, last name, email address.
• Order and payment data (processed by Stripe; no card data is stored by us).

Purposes and legal bases

• Process orders and deliver products (performance of the contract).
• Provide customer support (legitimate interest).
• Send informational emails and offers (consent; you can unsubscribe at any time).

Processors

We use Systeme.io and Stripe (payment). These providers process data on our behalf, in compliance with the GDPR.

Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then archived for the legally required periods before deletion.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data. To exercise them: contact@nz-training.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in France, the CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

The website may place cookies necessary for its operation and, where applicable, for audience measurement. You can manage them through your browser.
